The current work
Clocks and engines, ready to explore.
Clock Zero is available as a direct Android download, with an animated mechanical clock, material finishes, a live wallpaper, and a resizable widget. Wolfgang Engineering also has a growing Windows desktop collection of interactive mechanical clocks and engine models.
Future directions include other clock designs, kinetic displays, and physical or digital projects. Those ideas are still concepts, with no announced release dates.

Wolfgang Engineering creates detailed interactive digital reconstructions of historically and technically significant engines and mechanisms. We research available historical documents, technical references, photographs, manuals, drawings, and other appropriate sources, then independently reconstruct each subject.
Our goal is credible mechanical architecture, visually convincing detail, understandable operation, and an educational, interactive presentation. We prioritize mechanical coherence, visual fidelity, educational clarity, and period-appropriate detail rather than manufacturing-grade metrology.
When exact factory information is unavailable, some dimensions or geometry may be inferred or approximated. During development, we distinguish researched facts from inferred or approximated geometry.
Intended use
Wolfgang Engineering digital models are educational and visual reconstructions intended to illustrate mechanical architecture and operation. They are not OEM engineering data, manufacturing drawings, certified dimensional references, or specifications for fabrication, repair, safety-critical use, or interchangeability. Some dimensions and geometry may be inferred or approximated from available historical and technical sources.

Manufacturer names, engine names, model designations, and trademarks are used only to identify the historical or mechanical subject being depicted. Wolfgang Engineering is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the original manufacturers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
